  • 10/25/09: Carlton Cuse announces that there will be a brief hiatus at the beginning of the 6th season for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
  • 9/20/09: Michael Emerson wins an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his portrayal of Ben Linus.
  • 6/16/09: Season 1 and 2 are set to be released on Blu-ray DVD on this date.
  • 6/12/09: The Digital Television transition in the United States occurs. Analogue broadcasts will cease, and television sets that have not changed will not work.

Wasn't seeing the statue from the back cool? What did it remind you of? I know that it is the statue with the four toes, To bad we didn't see it from the front. My theory is that through out the years the island was once part of a mainland. But during storms, earthquakes and volcano erruptions, the island broke off from the mainland. I feel the statue was there to let other tribes know who owned the land they were about to lay anchor in the water. Could it have been astec? With the moving of the island it could have been from anywhere. Any other thoughts?

I love LOST quite a bit, It was the highlight of my Wednesday every week. I just got my hands on Fallout 3 and almost immediately realized a few similarities. First and foremost, as mentioned somewhere else on this wiki, the numbers 8-15-16-23-42 appear as a combination for a safe (yes, I meant to leave the 4 out.) The second is...the vaults. They are nothing more than social and psychological experiments, much like the hatches in LOST. These Vaults are laid out quite a lot like the hatches as well. Complicated computers strewn about, people who have...gone insane. Each of these vaults has a different pych experiment. Give your thoughts.
