I noticed the last movie you saw was "Michael Claton" (Michael Clayton- I assume- with George Clooney. And you don't like "footbal" (I love football!).

Yes. I updated my profile. I know I probably have more to change. And, no I don't care for football. We are originally from Kansas City so our ties are to the Chiefs but I do like to watch college football - GO TIGERS! I still have to put in more of the movies I have seen, but I don't remember which ones they are. Like I said I love chic flics (flixs- ????) and my husband won't go because he thinks they are to sappy. I have a long list of movies I want to buy but I will have to wait for Christmas. We have a ton of movies but the only one I like to watch over and over again is Bridget Jones(#1). Especially if I am in a blue funk. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear some of your suggestions.

LSU Tigers? Oh well Cheifs aren't so interesting to watch so I totally get that one. They don't have a sparkling Tom Brady (too bad he's hurt)or a dazzling LaDanian Thomlinson or a terrific Tony Romo or a show off type like Chad Johnson or anything exciting except maybe Gonzalez- He is pretty spectacular sometimes. Btw the movie suggestions- Don't see Made of Honor. It's so predictable. My Best Friend's Wedding is much better with a very similar plot- I'm sure you've seen it...?

"what did i do?"
imalostie - we have gotten into it so many times that I never know what to expect! I guess I have gotten paranoid. I am very sorry for thinking that you would do that to me. I wouldn't do that either. But someone keeps changing things around, and it is really irritating to me. I really am sorry for blaming you and Alex.

By the way -- I can't stand the Dallas Cowboys! We see people dressed completely in Cowboy gear down here, from their toes to their nose. At one time Dallas was our big enemy, and we won't watch their games. Phil (who loves football) won't watch them either. When I said "Go Tigers" I meant Missouri Tigers. That is where we graduated from.

"Hey! Do you know what a Jay Hawk is?"
Movies: I saw both of the movies. They weren't very good. The main one I want to see now is "Burn Before Reading." It is a Coen Brothers Movie, and I really like their stuff. Plus it finally has Brad Pitt in a funny role. There are a few more I want to see, but I can't think of their names. The one with Richard Gere in it is one. (We have the same birthday) Did you ever catch the movie, "Breathless?" It has Richard Gere in all his grace and glory. He was great and beautiful, and no he is not gay and put a gerbal up his -- well, I am sure you have heard the story.

I am not a Gere fan and after hearing that "Breathless" doesn't seem like my kind of movie. Not a Brad Pitt fan either but his new movie looks interesting. Gere is coming out in "Nights in Rodanthe(?)" With Dianne Lane...

Yes! Most people don't know. Being an MU person our rival has always been KU and our homecoming was always when we played KU. We have a friend here that is from Kansas and we always have the best time during those games. I think he and Phil even bet on the game. I don't know, because I don't bet on anything and I would be ticked off if my husband did it.

i'm sure a lot of college football and basketball fans have gotta know cuz kansas usually is a competitor...? I'm not that into college sports. I work most saturdays when colleges play so I usually just watch pros on sundays....
