The hello kitty picture is not appropriate for this site. If you like it, you may put it on your profile page, but that is the only place in which it is appropriate.

It has been deleted multiple times, yet you continue to add it. Consider this a warning. If the picture is added again, the page will be locked. If the picture is added anywhere else on the site (other than your profile page), you will be banned along with the IP addresses that you made the anonymous updates to the page on.
