Synopsis: Jin believes that Michael is a little too interested in Sun. The raft that Michael is building is mysteriously burned, and while some people believe it was Jin, Locke suggests that the culprit was someone other than the survivors. Determined to leave the island, Michael promptly decides to start building another raft.

Flashback: We learn more about Sun and Jin's romance and the lengths that Jin went to in order to please Sun's powerful father in an effort to win her hand in marriage.

OMG Moment:

• Locke knows that Walt was the one who really burned the raft, and Walt confesses that he did it because he likes it on the island and doesn't want to leave.
• Jin finds out that Sun speaks English.
• We find out that Jin had actually lied to Sun and her father; Jin's dad is still alive.

New Information

• We find out where Jin got Sun's dog; from the man he was supposed to kill, but didn't, and in his gratitude, gave Jin the dog.
