Synopsis: Sun's life is about to change when she discovers she is pregnant. Meanwhile, back in the hatch, Locke enlists Ana Lucia's help in getting the truth about the prisoner, Henry Gale.Flashback: The flashback reveals Sun and Jin's failed attempts to start a family.
OMG moment: We learn from the flashback that Jin is supposed to be infertile but Sun swears she has not slept with another man, believing the pregnancy to be a miracle.
Questions and clues: Did the island "cure" Jin’s infertility? Is Sun telling the whole truth?

Did anyone else notice that the bith control test Sun took was from Widmore Labs? And Penny Widmore is the woman that Desmond is in love with, and in the finale appears to be trying to find him?
