OMG Moments:
  • The first appearence of Michael since he left the Island.
    • Juliet tells Jin that Sun had an affair.
    • Desmond finds out Mr. Whitmore owns the frieghter.
    • The captain says the other airplane that was reported to be Oceanic 815 was a fake.
    • Sun gets off the island and has her baby.
    • Jin has died (or we see Jin's grave).
    • Michael is on the freighter.

    New Clues:
    • Sun is pregnant and it is important for her to get off the island quickly, before she and the baby die.
    • Sun visits Jin's "grave".

    Questions:
    • So just becasue Micheal is on the boat, does that mean he is Bens spy?
    • Why is Hurly the only one who shows up to see Sun and Ji Yeon?
    • Is Jin's grave real?

    Trivia:
    • In regards to the elusive Oceanic Six, Entertainment Weekly quotes: "By the end of the seventh episode,'all the candidates will have been fielded,' says Cuse."

    Theories:

    • First_Marti: I feel she does not get off the island in time, and she and the baby die, either on the island or the boat. Jin wanted to get to America for Sun to have the baby, so I think that the coffin either has the baby "Ji Yeon" (which Jin wanted to name the baby) in it -- or I could be wrong. The hint to us was that the coffin held a HE in it, and the coffin was a child's or a baby's coffin.
    • 1stop4: Personally, I don't think it's a baby or small child in the coffin as it is too large, maybe a large pre-teenor a teenager. As such my theory is that Jin and Sunget off the Island and become the last two members of the Oceanic 6. My theory is that only those people who were not near the hatch at the time it imploded, and therefore escaped the effects of the electromagntism, can get off the Island without suffering from the side effects (hence why Sayid was not affected when travelling with Desmond to the Freighter). Therefore Sayid, Kate, Jack, Hugo, Sun, Jin and Sawyer can get off the Island without side effects. With Sawyers' current view on getting off the Island, that would explain why the Oceanic 6 could be rounded off with Sun and Jin as Sawyer would want to stay. Aaron would be safe as he has no memory of events before the Island so he has nothing to 'timeshift' back to, and that is why Claire has given him up to Kate because, in spite of not wanting to be parted from him, she doesn't want him to have to be brought up on the Island. It would also explain why eventually Hugo, and then Jack, decide that they should go back, because they realise that there is away of negating the side-effects as Desmond did, maybe even recalling that Desmond overcame them is what leads them to this realisation.

What I think may have have happened to Jin is that they told him that Sun was dead and that they told him she was dead. That's why they showed him getting the Panda at the same time as Sun was giving birth.

    UGAfan Sun's ring 2 Mar 19 2008, 6:52 PM EDT by UGAfan

I know this isn't really important, but did anyone else find it strange that Sun was fighting the nurses about taking her ring when she was in labor, but right before Hurley showed up, she took it out of the hospital bag like it was put away for some reason? It could have been from swelling, or the scene happens right after she returns home from the hospital, but showing only her hands taking the ring out of the bag seems a little strange to me to focus on.

    Alvar_Hanso December 26, 2004 Tsunami 1 Mar 14 2008, 12:48 PM EDT by First_Marti

My prediction is that the Dec. 24 2004 Tsunami will occur, or it will be referenced in this episode(if not-very soon after). The three main reasons I believe this will occur are:

1.) The (fake) Oceanic Flight 815 was found in the Sunda Trench off the coast of Sumatra in the episode "Confirmed Dead", this is the same place where the epicenter of the subduction earthquake causing the tsunami occurred.

    2) Based on the time line in "The Constant",
it is December 24, 2004. In Lost time that means the following episode (The Other Woman") will be December 25, 2004, and subsequently "Ji Yeon" will be Dec. 26, 2004.

    3) The actors have stated that this is the most shocking of the first eight episodes- and the tsunami tie in would be a shocker.

Okay that's my prediction, if it's false-then I imagine the following episode will have the Tsunami. But I believe that "IT" is coming, because the location of the fake Flight 815 is way too coincidental in the Lost world.
