The Christiane I is a salvage ship in Find 815. It is docked in Jakarta, Indonesia.It was first mentioned during the discovery of the differences of Sonya's photo. One of the clues at the differences was Christine I.
Sam Thomas sent an email to his friend, Tracey R., asking if she had any information on it. She replied, giving the information that it was a salvage ship docked in Jakarta, and is soon to sail in an expedition. Sam was able to get ticket to Jakarta, via a friend, and boarded the ship.
When Sam arrived, he was at first turned down by the captain, Mr. Ockham, saying he would be "dead weight." However, the chart plotter broke, and Sam successfully fixed it, and Mr. Ockham decided to keep him. Oscar Talbot questioned Sam as to why he wanted to be here. He replied by saying he wanted to "get away." Also, the captain said that the destination could be hazardous to the electronic equipment.
