for evolution to progress quicker than normal, it would be useless to bring in new genetic material via a complete airplane full of passengers. i didn't think it through, but what would happen if the pinky toe was missing? on the otherhand that could only be a sign for other changes within the body. however, it wouldn't be smart to take that, since the easter islands i.e. were isolated for about 3000 years and they had no gigantic changes. if the theory would hold: they would have to have a breeding station and bring in the material then. and to work in a not completely absurd way, they would need to have something that accelerates selection massively. and electromagnetic fields wouldn't be such a thing. i dunno. don't think you can explain too many things with that. however. darma is the way to look if you want to get more clues |

"One of the next big evolutional changes that Humans are supposed to go through is the loss of their pinky toe. This was the toe that the statue was missing. Coincidence?"
Probably. |
