Who she is: Greta, along with Bonnie, tied up Charlie when he swam to the Looking Glass. Greta was less aggressive in interrogating Charlie. When Mikhail arrived, it was revealed that they were there to protect the jamming equipment. Ben ordered Mikhail to kill both Bonnie and Greta to prevent anyone else to find out what they are doing. Mikhail shot Greta first, who fell into the moon pool, dead.
