Who he is: Oscar Talbot is the expedition supervisor for the Christiane I. He come from a wealthy New England family, who had a history in the diamond trade. When Mr. Ockham said that the chart plotter has broken, he became greatly disappointed. Sam Thomas was able to fix it, but Oscar got suspicious of why Sam was so interested in the Sundra Trench. Mr. Ockham said they need him on board, because their destination will be hazardous to the electronic equipment.
