Who she is: Rosie is a nurse for the Dharma Initiative. She is the girlfriend of Jerry. She was evacuated off the island along with the rest of the women and children.

On the Island (1977): Rosie went to the security center to give Phil and Jerry brownies, but ended up flirting with Jerry as Phil was not there. Phil arrived, and broke the up. Not long after, Rosie spotted Horace on the monitor. He was drunk and near the sonic fence blowing up trees with dynamite.

She was seen at the cafeteria when Jack, Kate, and Hurley were having breakfast. Later, she was at the meeting where the group decided what to do with Sayid. She was in favor of execution. During the night, when the Dharma van crashed into a house, she was present nearby.

A couple of days later, she was one of the people that were evacuated off the island. Dr. Pierre Chang had ordered the immediate evacuation of all women and children after he was informed at a potential disaster that could take place at the Swan.
