Once a new episode airs on the East Coast of the United States and Canada, information can be added onto the site. Users who are in a different time zone or country are advised to use caution when looking at this site if they are not up to date on the latest episode.

The following information is allowed on Lost Wiki:

• Information from an official source, such as ABC Medianet or what the producers have said. An episode page can be created when that information is released, which in most cases is revealed two weeks prior to the original air date.

The following information is NOT allowed on Lost Wiki:

• Information from a non-official source.
• New pages on information revealed in the episode.
• The character(s) who will have a flash.
• Images from the episode.
• A thread that reveals information on an episode.

What are the Consequences of Posting a Spoiler?

Because spoilers are strictly prohibited, if a user reveals a spoiler, they will be warned once, and if they reveal a spoiler again, they will be banned.
