Overview: The Box Company is located in Tustin, California. There is no known name of the company. Locke worked there as a Regional Collections Supervisor. Hurley bought the company after he won the lottery.

In Lost: Hurley bought the Box Company to increase his profits. After Mr. Cluck's was destroyed by a meteorite, he gave his old boss, Randy, a job at the company. Randy became Locke's boss. He was always scolding Locke because he had no military experience, but was known as Colonel Locke by a colleague, and played Axis & Allies during his lunch break. Locke told Randy that he was going to go on a walkabout in Australia, but Randy says to Locke he couldn't do that. Locke then says "Don't tell me what I can't do".
