The Helgus Antonius is a container ship built by Paik Heavy Industries, and operated by the Hanso Foundation. It left from Italy, and was heading to Sri Lanka.

Racel Blake discovered the ship by accident, after walking down a wharf, and finding crew loading the ship with boxes that had the Hanso Foundation logo on it. She asked the harbor master where the cargo was heading to, but he would not reveal it.

Rachel Blake managed to record a conversation between Thomas Mittelwerk and a representative of Paik Heavy Industries. She came to the conclusion that it was Sri Lanka. On board the ship was the Spider Protocol, a virus capable of wiping out 30% of the world's population. The ship itself had many quarantine wards. Those wards would most likely of been used for casualties and injuries during the release of the Spider Protocol at Sri Lanka, which never happened.
