The waterfall was first discovered by Kate and Sawyer. They climb on top of surrounding rocks, and dive into the spring. They swim and play around, until they see two dead bodies strapped to their seats at the bottom. Kate notices a silver case under the seat, and Sawyer steals the man's wallet. She asks him to help her get the suitcase. The suitcase, which belonged to the Marshal, contained four guns, ammunition, documents, and Kate's toy plane. Nikki and Paulo visited the waterfall later on, in search for the diamonds. Paulo finds the diamonds, but tells Nikki he only found dead bodies. Paulo later goes back to the waterfall to retrieve the diamonds. Other Waterfalls are seen on the island. Mr. Eko and Jin find Michael by a waterfall as Michael shouts Walt's name.
