I started watching Lost TWO weeks ago after many people told me how good it was. I watched every single episode on DVD from every single season. I got hooked so fast! Now I have to wait until February? I was used to watching several episodes a day. Talk about withdrawl!

You did well to get thru it in 2 weeks - it took me a few weeks longer and i finished yesterday!! But i totally feel your withdrawal.....im not sure how im going to get used to waiting a WHOLE week for he next episode when the new season returns.

When you are watching with a friend or family member and they missed last week show and they are talking during the show asking you what happened or they are confused and you cant help yourslef from slaping with a pillow! #1 RULE DO NOT TALK DURING SHOW!!!

You stay up for an hour and a half after the season finale, keeping your 12 and 15 year old kids up way past their bedtime, to debate every plot twist and turn and everyone keeps getting louder and louder trying to tell their theory! You know it's bad when you keep adding to your theory and going over every possible scenario to see if there are any contradictory flaws in it!

You know you're obsessed when you watch the epi @ 10, DVD record it and watch it AGAIN after 11, download it on Itunes the next day (season pass), then watch it AT LEAST 3 times during the week, then check everyday on Itunes for the official lost podcast and you get mad when there's only one to download for the week!

11. You live in the South but now tack on an "everybody" to every "ya'll"...and do it in tune (to ya'lleverybody's dismay).
12. You waste countless hours contributing to the goodwill of mankind by editing lostpedia.com and other sites.
13. Every time you see your friends/co-workers who are also obsessed, you immediately plough into a discussion of the last episode before even saying hello.
14. You angrily curse at the 'evil' characters when they do something you're not down with and then feel huffy about it long after the episode is over.
15. You've infected your kids with your Lost obession to the point that they pray for Charlie to really not find any more heroin and for Eko and Ana-Lucia to come back from the dead (while praying for judgement to come upon those who concocted their deaths in real life).
