I dont think Danielle lied about the others controlling it, but the last time she was there was 16 years ago. The others probly abandoned it. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Yeah, the radio tower could've still been by the black rock, and it is fully possible that the others did control it at one time. Do you find this valuable?
