How the plane got there.

The plane crashed on the island when the island was in a different location. the island must have been closer to africa at the time the plane crashed then once the it crashed the island was moved just like in the last episode of season 4, bringing the plane and everything on board with it.

not necessarily. When Boone is inside, we can see him looking at maps. On one of them bears a route from Africa to an unknown destination through the Sahara desert. There are 2 possibilities:-the island was there, the plane crashed, the island moved. -the island was somewhere else but the plane has been transported through from the Sahara desert to the island just like Ben did (but the other way round).
