Here is more - she didn't know that the guy her mother was married to was her own father. She thought he was her step father who liked to beat them up. Taking little Ben to the Others was the best thing to do. He would have died otherwise. Oh, and by the way -- Juliet is going to die at the end of this season. So she won't be breaking her up with Sawyer. Jon - you try and do better!!!! I'd say Kate took care of Kate as best she could, and she helped a lot of other people too."

"One more little tid bit - if Kate always got in the way it was because Jack always asked her to come along making Sawyer feel inadequit. Kate was the best tracker (except for John) and he was not always around. She was there to help people. It is wrong to say she was the worst!"

"I belive that Kate is a very loving person and that everything she does is out of love, even killling her father I think he sexualy harased her that is why she killed him so her mother would not be in pain waching him flirt with other girls and he would stop hitting her. Kate took care of Aaron to protect him the doctors probly would have poked and proded him for years just because they can, and like it was said befor I dont think Clair's mom was ready for a grandchild or the secret. Kate went on most expeditions because Jack asked her to and when he dident she not only did somthing stupid but she did somthing smart, she has probly saved more people than she has killed. all in all she is one of my favorites because I see her as a loving person and the only thing she wants to do is help, like with Ben's father she was trying to comfort him not ruin the plan she wanted him to know his son would be ok."

"I agree with lizzie. Hey Jon82, how did you like Jack popping pills, drinking and standing on a bridge and almost killing a mother and child. We all make mistakes, including everyone from Lost. Kate's worst problem is that she thinks with her heart, which I must add was a very loving thing she did by giving Aaron to his biological grandmother to go find Claire.
