It's definitely time-related!
Nov 1 2006, 3:44 PM EST Large magnetic force, island "cloaked" from prying eyes, Desmond's behavior on the last few episodes - yep, I think Dharma was experimenting with time travel or time manipulation. And genetic manipulation to try to extend life, abolish disease.... like, since sharks don't get cancer - figure out what strand of dna makes that possible and insert it into a developing human and end up with a human who can't get cancer - but who also has a really bad attitude and eats a lot! Among other things... but say the Others have been sent back in time, the Losties have been brought to the island purposely - because the Others are going to try to correct something that went wrong during the original Dharma project, of which the Losties are somehow related... 4 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: It's definitely time-related!
May 18 2007, 1:35 PM EDT I really like this theory. But now we have Ben coming to the Island when he was a child in the 60s. He helps kill all the peace loving Dharma hippies so he's not been sent trhough time. However, the new pretty girl from the helicopter seems to have come from a short time in the future. The underwater center looks like a DEEP BLUE SEA type facility. Ben had spinal cancer and they are able to get Jack to the island, well Jacob gets Jack to the Island. What the Dharma project actually was has not been revealed, so being a place to cure cancer seems reasonable. I'd like to hear more about this one. Do you find this valuable? |
