lottery numbers and the lighthouse

ok this is how I see it right now, the lottery numbers repersent the numbers next to the key people on the island in the cave. if you add all the numbers up it equals 108 and the degree in the lighthouse that Jack saw his house when he was growing up is 108 degrees so jack is the 108. now another person needs to come to the island by way of boat, and who else has a boat but desmen he's coming back Do you find this valuable?

Actually, Jack did not see his house on 108, it was on 23. Jacob told Hurley to move the dial to 108, but crazy Jack smashed the glass before that. The person on 108 is a person named Wallace. We have never seen this person before, so no one knows who that person is. Do you find this valuable?

Nice catch on the adding up of all those numbers to get 108.

Also, I don't know if you were pointing this out but the numbers on the lighthouse wheel show the names of the people next to the degree. Plus, the names on the wheel which are not crossed out are matched up with the lottery numbers. The ones that I could see from that episode were 15 - FORD (Sawyer), 16 - JARRAH (Sayid), 23 - SHEPARD (Jack), and 42 - KWON (Sun or Jin ?). I could not see the 4 and 8. I don't think you can view it in this episode. I wonder if the names would be on the ceiling in the cave. ???

Also, the clock in the Swan which becomes reset by the entering of the lottery numbers starts at 108 minutes and counts down.

4 = Locke, 8 = Hurley. They were seen on the cave. Do you find this valuable?

"4 = Locke, 8 = Hurley. They were seen on the cave."
Thanks for the names of the 4 and 8 numbers. I would have watched that episode to find them, but I was busy obsessing over who was coming from the position of 108 degrees.
I was watching the Lighthouse episode to see what was at 108 and comparing it to the place where Sun and Jin were married in the Incident episode. Just before 110 degrees, the camera is in view of the dial. You can see the dial getting closer and closer to 108 degrees. Then they pan away to Jack who sees the building where Sun and Jin get married in front of. This is also where Jacob "touches" both Sun and Jin and tells them to not take for granted what they have (Incident episode).
So I wonder if anyone was really coming from 108 degrees or if this was just a way to get Jack to observe the images in the mirrors so he would eventually destroy it. If someone was to come, then who? Sun and Jin already came to the island. Could it be their unborn child?
I don't know. All I do know is that there are so many what ifs and maybe this and maybe that.
