Nov 9 2006, 1:05 AM EST this makes the most sense, given that the castaways were "destined" to the island. I think I believe a combination of theories, but this one has the most substantial proof. Whereas, the purgatory and alien ideas, have no reality given the basis of the show. I say we sit back, and watch what happens:)
