If you remember Hurley's explanation of the numbers though, he says that that guy heard them while in the Navy, stationed at some remote listening post in the Pacific. (presumably he heard the transmission from the Island itself) 6  out of 9 found this valuable. Do you?

yeah, he was working in the military, not with Dharma. But Dharma has everything to do with the numbers and the show. Do you find this valuable?
