The License Plate

I noticed that during the scene where Desmond is watching Hurley and Libby and the one where he runs over Locke, the license plate of his car changes. It's the same car, just a different license plate. I wonder what this could mean.

The blue van that Sayid was driving in "Sundown" has Jack's license plate 2SAQ321 on it too..also saw the same plate in a commercial, no joke.it was a commercial for a blue Ford.I thought maybe there was a licence plate shortage, but Desmond has 3 different license plates : "Happily Ever After" it's 2SBI653. "Everybody loves Hugo" one is 4PCI264 and 2FAN321 I would NEVER look at a license plate on another show...they should of named the show Pause instead of Lost for all the fans who have hit the pause button with this show!! The reason I found this with Jack was I was checking to see if he had the same license plate on the Bronco in "Lighhouse", like he did in Season 5 and "The Lookine Glass"...he does, but why put Jack's license plate on the van in "Sundown"?
