Day and Night

didn't anyone ever point out to you that at the poles, it's either light or dark for 24 hours on a solstice? Since you're postulating they're at the south pole, and it's nearing what is the summer solstice in the southern hemisphere in LOST-time, it should never be night for more than an hour or two. Plus, the sun never really appears to be overhead at the poles, but it does in the show. And the other commenter is right about the polar bears not living in antarctica. Theory dismissed. 1  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?
