Desmond believes he can't change Charlies fate, but when he lives, Desmond will discover that the future can be change. kellysue667 kellysue667	RE: Charlie May 19 2007, 12:42 AM EDT Alright, we've all seen the season finale. It appears that Charlie might die....But I don't think he will. Nor will Desmond. I think that Des has been given his precognative abilities by the Island to keep Charlie alive. The Island has plans for him. I think that Des will swim down and save Charlie and flip the switch.....the details and how and whys aren't my concern right now, I haven't thought about the small details yet.
